Physical Wellness
Although The Ashe Center is best known for the clinical services offered to address your physical health needs, we also offer wellness services such as
Acupuncture & Massage when you need a little rejuvenation. Additionally, we encourage you to take advantage of the  UCLA Recreation FITWELL Program, which activates wellness on campus by educating, motivating and empowering faculty, staff and students to make healthy lifestyle choices specifically in the areas of fitness and exercise, nutrition and weight management, stress management, and general health education.
Emotional Wellness
The Ashe Center hosts a number of (free!) workshops conducted by colleagues from our sister organization, Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS)
. These workshops are conveniently held in various locations around campus, including but not limited The Ashe Center’s very own 4th floor large conference room – just drop by! View the complete list of CAPS Wellness Workshops offered this quarter.
Social Wellness
UCLA offers a wealth of opportunities to get involved – it’s really a matter of choosing which one is right for you and finding a great work/play balance. Visit the
UCLA Student Groups page to learn more about the wide variety of student groups on campus and get involved. Interested in campus healthcare? The Student Health Advisory Committee (SHAC) works to ensure that the services students receive at The Ashe Center address the unique healthcare needs of students. SHAC meetings are open to all students.
