Acupuncture & Massage
when you need a little rejuvenation. Additionally, we encourage you to take advantage of the
UCLA Recreation FITWELL Program
, which activates wellness on campus by educating, motivating and empowering faculty, staff and students to make healthy lifestyle choices specifically in the areas of fitness and exercise, nutrition and weight management, stress management, and general health education.
The Ashe Center hosts a number of (free!) workshops conducted by colleagues from our sister organization,
Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS)
. These workshops are conveniently held in various locations around campus, including but not limited The Ashe Center’s very own 4th floor large conference room – just drop by! View the
