What do I do if I have questions about my medication?

If you have any questions about your medication, please contact the pharmacy directly. If it is an emergency, please call 911 or go to the Emergency Room. You can contact the pharmacy by phone at (310) 825-5497 or via secure message.   

To send the pharmacy a secure message:
  1. Logon using your UCLA logon and password
  2. Select the “Contact a Clinician” option.  This will take you into another application
  3. Select Messages
  4. Select New Message
  5. Select the “I want to communicate with my Ashe clinician to obtain test results or for some other purpose” option
  6. Select “Add a Recipient
  7. Select the M-R option
  8. Select the “Pharmacy Provider” option
You may also contact your clinician (prescriber) by secure message, come directly to The Ashe Center and be seen in Triage or leave a Telephone Triage message (310) 825-4073, Option 2, Option 1).
