My medical claim was denied. What do I do?

 Frequently, denied claims occur because medical services were rendered outside of The Ashe Center without a prior written referral authorization from a Ashe primary care provider (PCP). After receiving your denial letter from Anthem, you may contact our office by phone at (310) 794-5614 or email us at ASHEINSUR@ashe.ucla.edu discussing the circumstances of your denied claim(s).
