The Ashe Pharmacy opens at 9am every 3rd Monday of the Month

The Ashe Center Pharmacy is located on the 2nd floor of the Ashe Center. All currently registered UCLA students, students registered at another UC campus, and students who have graduated but were enrolled the previous quarter may use the Ashe Center Pharmacy. You do not need to have the UC Student Health Insurance Plan (UC SHIP) to purchase prescriptions from the Ashe Center Pharmacy. Refills may be ordered online by visiting the Ashe Center Secure Patient Portal, over the phone, or in-person. Over 70 over-the-counter medications are also available for purchase.

All services at the Ashe Center require a bruin card or valid photo id. All charges incurred at the Ashe Center are billed to your Bruin Bill account after service; remember, it is your responsibility to check your Bruin Bill account each month. Please note, birth control and Plan B may be paid for by check deposited in a drop-box at the time of pickup. The drop box is located at the clinic station next to the Pharmacy.

Pharmacy Co-Pay Information

It is also possible to transfer your prescription or refill from another pharmacy to the Ashe Center; please refer to the Ashe Center Pharmacy Brochure for instructions.

  • $5 for generic drugs
  • $25 for brand name drugs
