Due to some new technologies at the Ashe Center, there will be two categories to choose from when selecting online services. The services available in each category are shown below.

Logon to Online Services - Category 1
Here is a list of our services available online for category 1:

• Hepatitis B Vaccination Requirement - Check to verify if you have met the state required law for the Hepatitis B Vaccination.
• Contact A Clinician - Submit your health related questions online to your Primary Care or Women's Health Provider.
• Make/Cancel your own Appointment - Make or cancel an appointment for Ashe Center services, or to see a clinician.
• Rx Refill Requests - Request prescription refills from the pharmacy.
• Enter pre-visit Information
• Health Clearance - EAP and Professional School health clearances
• Request Itemized Statement - To obtain an itemized statement of services rendered in the Ashe Center
• Medical Information Release - authorize the release of your medical information
