MyChart by Epic is a patient portal, a secure online tool that allows patients to access their health information from their healthcare provider's Epic Systems. It's designed to be a central hub for managing your health records, communicating with your care team, and participating more actively in your healthcare journey.
MyStudentChart by Epic is Coming Soon!
On July 8th, 2025, The Ashe Center is transitioning from Point ‘N Click (PNC) system to a new electronic medical record called Epic - Care Connect. This electronic medical record is currently utilized by the UCLA Health System and will streamline communications with your student health providers and UCLA Health specialists. This means there will be a new patient portal for UCLA Student Health and Counseling Services!

What Epic Can Do
Your new portal (MyStudentChart) will allow UCLA students to:
- Communicate with members of your Care Team
- Receive virtual care through video and eVisits
- Schedule/Cancel/Join wait lists for appointments
- Request prescription refills at Bruin Health Pharmacy
- Complete pre-visit questionnaires
- View visit notes, test results, handouts, letters, referrals and after visit summaries
- Complete the UCLA Immunization Requirements
- Request and receive copies of your health records
- Access patient education and other resources
- And more...
Prepare for MyStudentChart
Download the MyChart App from Epic on your mobile phone, available for Android and iOs. Once you have downloaded the app, on July 8th you will be able to access UCLA Student Health and Counseling Services organization that will grant you access to your Ashe Center / CAPS / U See LA Optometry / Bruin Health Pharmacy information.
- Note: You will log in using your UCLA SSO (Bruin Online ID)so you do not have to create a username or password.
Please note: After July 8, 2025, you will still have access to the Point N Click (PNC) Patient Portal for your previous medical record information, but it will be view-only access.
All new messages or appointments you want to make will be completed through the Student Health and Counseling Services MyChart.
